Last updated · 23 July 2026 Midas Automate

This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

01

Who we are

Midas Automate ("we", "us", "our") is a technology company providing AI, automation, software, data, and cloud services. We operate from Los Angeles, California and Houston, Texas, and serve clients worldwide.

This policy applies to midasautomate.com and any forms, emails, or communications connected to it. It does not cover systems we build and operate on behalf of clients — those are governed by the agreement with that client.

02

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a form, email us, or book a call, we collect what you choose to provide:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Company name and role
  • Project type, budget range, and any details you write in the message field
  • Anything else you send us in correspondence

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect limited technical information when you visit:

  • IP address and approximate location (city or region level)
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time on page, and the site or link that referred you
  • Cookie identifiers, as described in section 4

What we do not collect

We do not sell products on this website and do not collect payment card details through it. We do not ask for government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive categories of personal data through our forms.

03

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project
  • Prepare proposals, scopes, and quotes you have requested
  • Provide and support services under an agreement with you
  • Send occasional updates or insights, only if you opted in
  • Understand how the website is used so we can improve it
  • Protect our systems, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

04

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them for a few narrow purposes:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function, such as remembering your consent choices
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors drop off
  • Advertising cookies — where we run paid campaigns, these measure whether an ad led to an enquiry

You can refuse non-essential cookies through the consent banner, and you can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

We may use third-party analytics and advertising services, including Google Analytics and Meta advertising tools. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

05

How we share information

We share personal information only in these situations:

  • Service providers — hosting, email, CRM, analytics, and scheduling tools that operate on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
  • Professional advisers — lawyers, accountants, and insurers where genuinely necessary
  • Legal requirements — where we are required to disclose by law, court order, or valid governmental request
  • Business transfer — if our business is merged or acquired, information may transfer as part of that transaction
06

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us — generally up to three years from last contact.

Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required afterwards for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, as described in section 8.

07

How we protect it

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege permissions across the systems that hold personal information, and we review those controls regularly.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

08

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
  • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, our lawful bases for processing are consent, performance of a contract, and legitimate interests in operating and improving our business. If you are a California resident, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@midasautomate.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

09

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may store or process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred there. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

11

Third-party links

Our website may link to other sites, and our case studies may reference client platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party site. Review their policies before providing information.

12

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged clearly on this page.
