How much can we realistically save?
Most clients recover 30–40% of their cloud spend within 90 days, mainly from idle resources, oversized instances, and unused storage. We give you the actual number after the audit — before you commit to any rebuild work.
Can you work with our existing setup, or does it need rebuilding?
Often we optimise what's there and only re-architect the parts that genuinely need it. A full rebuild is a last resort, not a default — we'll show you the trade-off in cost and risk either way.
Will migrating take us offline?
No. We run the new environment in parallel, sync data continuously, and cut over during a low-traffic window with rollback ready. Our migrations are designed for zero operational downtime.
Which cloud should we be on?
Whichever fits your workloads, team, and existing commitments. We're not resellers, so we have no incentive to push you toward one. For most clients the honest answer is "stay where you are, configured properly."
What does the uptime SLA actually cover?
99.9% availability on the infrastructure we manage, backed by monitoring, alerting, redundancy, and tested failover. You get the monitoring dashboards too — the numbers aren't something you have to take our word for.
Do we keep control of our accounts?
Always. Everything is built in your cloud accounts under your billing, defined in Terraform you own, and fully documented. If you bring infrastructure in-house later, nothing needs to be rebuilt.
